How do I activate my license?

After purchase, check your email for a CDX license key. Visit the Licenses page, enter your key + domain and click Verify. The Guard SDK handles the rest automatically.

My license key is not working. What should I do?

Ensure you are entering the exact domain registered at checkout (without www). If the issue persists, contact support with your order ID.

Can I transfer my license to a new domain?

Yes. Submit a domain transfer request via your buyer dashboard. Admin review takes up to 24 hours.

Where can I download my purchased script?

Go to Dashboard → My Orders. Each order has a secure, time-limited download token. Tokens expire after 3 downloads — request a refresh if needed.

How do I contact the seller directly?

Open the product page and click "Contact Seller". Sellers are required to respond within 48 hours per our support policy.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are considered for products that are fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed by the seller within 72 hours. See our full Refund Policy for details.
